Help! I’m a Small Church Kids Worker!

I’m going to be sharing a series of these posts on some thoughts that I’ve been having recently about when I first started in Children’s Ministry.

Leading Change

In children’s ministry things are changing. It is truly amazing the amount of resources that are available now that were not available 5 or 10 years ago.  It is also amazing to see the changes in strategies and philosophies  as well.  From kids centered, to family centered things have certainly changed.

The Gift of Encouragement

Everyone needs encouragement in some form or another.  I was reminded of just how blessed I am with friends who choose to encourage me as I walk through some tough stuff.  Encouraging Tweets, emails, texts, and phone calls, each and every one of them lifts my spirit and strengthens my steps.
